Sporting Clays have become a main attraction at Old Hudson Plantation. Presentations include: teal, rabbit, incoming, outgoing, quartering and crossing shots, with 2 trap throws per stand.

Green Course

12 STATION SPORTING CLAYS COURSE WITH 100 TARGETS NESTLED IN THE WOODS!

Travel the paths in a golf cart to each station for a variety of target presentations! To shoot the course you need four boxes of shells and about 2 hours. For the experienced and inexperienced shooters you will all enjoy our unique targets and stations. In one station you actually climb into the back of a dump truck and shoot over the hood of the truck!

The Red Course

12 STATION SPORTING CLAYS COURSE WITH 100 TARGETS!

Travel the paths in a golf cart to each station for a variety of target presentations! To shoot the course you need four boxes of shells and about 2 hours. Many of the stations on this course are under a covered stand. For the experienced and inexperienced shooters you will all enjoy our unique targets and stations. Unique Targets include those thrown from the buckets of some Old School Fire Trucks!

The White Course

12 STATION CLAYS COURSE WITH 100 TARGETS!

This course is typically used for a different type of sporting clays course called “Super Sporting”.

Super Sporting is when the station will have a minimum of three traps per station. The shooter will attempt a variety of singles, report, and/or true pairs on each station. To shoot the course we recommend you have five boxes of shells and about 2 hours. If you have never tried Super Sporting come out and try out our newest course.

The Dove Field Course

This course is set up as a competition level practice area. It typically has targets throwing from fire trucks/towers and allows the competitive shooter to practice in a variety of ways that the other courses do not.
